Modern Lights proudly distributes LumaNumbers® illuminated address numbers. We stand behind the quality of these products and offer the following warranty coverage under normal use and installation conditions.

1. ABS / Polymer LumaNumbers®

Finish Warranty

• Covered for 2 years from the date of purchase
  
• Covers defects in materials and workmanship, including: Peeling
  Cracking, Fading, Discoloration
• Valid under normal indoor or outdoor conditions

LED Warranty

• Covered for 2 years from the date of purchase
• Covers LED modules Internal electrical components
• Protection against manufacturing defects or premature failure

2. Metal LumaNumbers®

Finish Warranty

• Covered for 6 months from the date of purchase
• Covers defects in coating or finish under normal use and environmental exposure

LED Warranty

• Covered for 2 years from the date of purchase
  
• Covers LED modules Internal electrical components
• Protection against manufacturing defects or premature failure

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper or incorrect installation
  
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
  
• Damage caused by Accidents, Vandalism, Acts of nature
• Exposure to extreme environmental conditions beyond product specifications
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Electrical issues caused by Improper power supply, Power surges, Incompatible transformers

4. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim through Modern Lights, the following is required:

• Proof of purchase from Modern Lights
  
• Clear photos of the issue
  
• A detailed description of the problem
  

Note:

Modern Lights reserves the right to repair or replace defective components at its discretion.
