Missing parts. I sent a message to customer support but no one responded.
Not what, they told me it would fit like. So now for me to return, I have to pay. Basically half the price of the product.
The mounting pieces are smaller than expected and easy to misplace after six weeks of use. It gives the bedside a focal point without feeling oversized after about a month of use. Installed this over our breakfast bar last weekend. The breakfast bar can carry the fixture without looking crowded after six weeks of use. The fixture works now, although getting there was frustrating after six weeks of use.
The canopy would not sit flush until we added two small washers over the breakfast bar after about a month of use. The matte black is even and nicely muted rather than overly shiny. It works in the breakfast bar, though I would not call it premium.
We ordered three for the reading corner. The antique brass is consistent and not excessively glossy after about a month of use. The final alignment required several adjustments after six weeks of use. For the reading corner, this was a good decision overall after six weeks of use.

It provides useful task light over the kitchen island while staying comfortable after two weeks of use. A small improvement to the mounting pieces would make a big difference after six weeks of use.
I picked it mainly because of the antique brass after two weeks of use. The included lengths accommodated our ceiling height without trouble after six weeks of use. The mounting nuts are very small, so it helps to work over a tray after about a month of use. The canopy and frame carry the same antique brass tone after six weeks of use.
Keeping a dish nearby for the little hardware made assembly easier after about a month of use. With warm-white bulbs, the light is comfortable in the stair landing. The small hassle did not outweigh the finished look in the stair landing.
I was unsure about the scale, but it suits the living room. The chrome is even and nicely muted rather than overly shiny. It gives the living room a warm, balanced glow. We have already been asked where the chandelier came from.
The hardware feels lighter than the rest of the fixture after six weeks of use after six weeks of use. The frame arrived bent and would not hang level. We made it work, but I would not purchase it again.

Our ceiling box needed longer screws than the ones provided after two weeks of use. The beam over the reading corner is focused but not severe after two weeks of use. It remains a repeat purchase for me, with a small hardware caveat after about a month of use.

There were no major visual surprises when the box was opened after two weeks of use. The fixture has a reassuring amount of weight to it after two weeks of use. In this particular space, the finish is noticeably different from the listing photos after about a month of use. The result is respectable rather than exceptional after two weeks of use.
The Rosalina feels more substantial in hand than on screen. The canopy would not sit flush until we added two small washers in the foyer.
