Whisper quiet, even on high
We replaced a 10-year-old builder-grade fan with this one and the difference is night and day. You genuinely cannot hear it running. The DC motor uses barely any power too.
Great fan, instructions could be better
The fan itself is solid and looks premium. Took off one star because the included instructions were a little vague on the downrod assembly — I ended up watching a video. Once installed though, it runs beautifully.
Beautiful in our bedroom
The wood-finish blades match our furniture perfectly. Light has three temperature settings which we use constantly. Shipping was faster than expected — arrived in 3 days, very well packaged.
Good fan, had a remote issue
Fan looks great but my remote stopped pairing after a week. Contacted support and they shipped a replacement remote quickly, so I'm updating my experience — but the initial hiccup was frustrating.
